Good Morning, This cover is sold for use with our awnings, when used with our models you wouldn't have to remove the awning from the wall, we can't guarantee how it will work with other brand awnings. I note you have been refunded though. Kind Regards Matt

So sorry that you've had delays on this delivery. We have replied directly to your email address with tracking references. The package was transferred from UPS to a local USPS service, which took your order the rest of the journey to Hawaii. It should be with you Friday.
