They were knowledgeable and polite designated contact and came back pretty quickly with answers. If my designated contact was not available someone else took over the query very easily.
After our initial approach got prompt call back, assessed our requirement, came back with quote and itinerary which easily tweaked to meet our exact needs and happy with price agreed.
Haven’t taken the trip yet so can’t rate that, but the trio seemed to just get more and more expensive and it just feels like we haven’t really ended up with what exactly we wanted but for more money
