We have conducted further investigations to get to the bottom of this issue for you. Firstly, regarding the collection of your vehicle we were notified of the required collection on Friday 31st in the afternoon and got back to you on Tuesday 4th and had the car collected on Thursday 6th. Unfortunately, our team don't work weekends and in result wouldn't be able to make contact. In hindsight, we perhaps could have called you Monday but due to an influx of vehicles requiring collection this opportunity didn't present itself. Regarding payment, you accepted a three day bank transfer as your preferred payment option which was met. The payment hit your account three days after and wouldn't have been present when you looked prior to this. We hope this provides a satisfactory explanation as to your experiences.
