good but preamble suggested discount for multiple policies. This is my second but automated process did not allow for discount. Not a deal breaker

We provide an automatic 10% multi-gadget discount on policies that contain multiple gadgets but currently we are not able to provide automatic discounts on subsequent policies. However, as you are insuring a second gadget with us I am very happy to retrospectively apply the 10% multi-gadget discount in this case. We will contact you shortly to arrange this. Should offer a "household policy" that includes phones used by husband & wife or partners under one cover. Currently, each device has to be registered & paid separately by the registered phone owner.
