Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that you feel you have had a negative experience with CoverCloud. The reason for the decline has been explained at length in personal correspondence with you, with the main reason being that the initial claim was made within the 14 day exclusion period at the start of the policy. We were unaware that you wish to cancel the policy until you contacted us yesterday and we are happy to provide a full refund of your premium which will be done today. Regards Stephanie Peston
