We are very sorry to hear that you experienced problems with the e-tickets issued. Customer payment security is very important to us, so therefore we do ask that the purchaser of the experience is present and available to verify our e-tickets for their own protection at each attraction. We understand that sometimes this is not possible and we are always happy to help. If we had known in advance that you were not travelling with your family we would have been able to offer a suitable solution to satisfy all parties, but in this instance we were unfortunately not given the opportunity.
