There was no way to track the delivery. It took 8 days when I was told 3-4. I realise it may not be your fault as it was Royal Mail who delivered.

The parcel did take longer than usual and I am really sorry for that. As per our commitment to top level of service, your order was sent out by us very promptly which you may have also noticed. I can assure you that almost all parcels sent on this service are delivered well within the expected time frame. This is one of those rare occasions where due to unforeseen circumstances things go out of plan. I hope you can reconsider the star rating provided to us.
