Dear Customer, You have contacted us more than 3 weeks after delivery. There has to be a time frame for accepting a return. The spare cuff you chose for you and ordered is exactly the size you ordered i.e. fits arm circumference 31-45cm and one would expect to check their arm circumference before ordering a particular size cuff. This is the usual adult size cuff and not a unusual size. Nothing wrong with the product as such, however 14 days were not less to check the same. There was also a incomplete delivery address provided with the order which we happened to notice and rectify before dispatch or else would have been no delivery and another reason to be unhappy with us! I can only request to look at it a bit objectively and be a bit reasonable. with regards Four Square Healthcare
