We do provide tracking numbers and even the pre-alerts where a tracked service is asked for on the order. I ordered a defib battery and was told delivery in 5-7 days. Actually delivered in 3 days. Received accurate notification of the delivery. Good service from a company I haven't used before.

Hi Derek, Many thanks for the review. iPAD SP1 and its spare batteries or pads do sell a lot. But, none of these are made here in the UK and have to be imported in Big volumes to make these readily available when customers need them. The products travel through a long distribution network. The worldwide logistics issues and delays nowadays also make it more important than ever to hold large stocks so things are available when required. Considering the same, a product being available for use by the end-user in UK within 11 months of it being manufactured in another country isn't that bad I guess :-) with regards Robin
