Dear Dawn, Royal mail has tried to deliver your order but there was no answer at the door so they couldn't deliver. They are now awaiting a re-delivery or collection request from you. The order was dispatched on the day of order itself, although it was after the cut off time. There was an email sent by us confirming dispatch. Usually Royal Mail leaves a card behind when they couldn't deliver. I have emailed you the attempted delivery link by Royal mail for you to check and further instructions. I wish you could have contacted us earlier before putting a negative review and we could have helped much earlier! with regards Four Square Healthcare

Dear Dawn, Royal mail has tried to deliver your order but there was no answer at the door so they couldn't deliver. They are now awaiting a re-delivery or collection request from you. Usually the post man leaves a card behind when they can't deliver. A tracked courier delivery was not selected by you so one does not get tracking intimation. I have emailed you the attempted delivery link by Royal mail for you to check and further instructions. I wish you could have contacted us earlier before putting a negative review and we could have helped much earlier! with regards Four Square Healthcare
