Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies your order has been delivered late and damaged package, when your order was placed the address supplied was only the housenumber, Town andpostcode this has caused the delay in your parcel being delivered. I am not sure why the hanger was broken and box bashed as the parcel should of been in perfect condition, if Hermes parcels are damaged in anyway we are to believe the parcel would be returned to sender and not delivered for this reason. Once we receive your parcel back we will refund your order the full process normally takes about 10 days. Please accept my apologies for any delay.
