When we request a quotation for our lab, Good fellow responded quickly. After we placed the order, everything went smoothly and we received the product on time.
Having placed an order, it has been lost in transit (presumed by the courier) and, while Goodfellow have made every effort to locate package and fulfill the order, I am still waiting to receive goods.

As you know we have worked diligently with you on this, and the order was found by your organisation after our courier provided GPS tracking details. The time delay was unfortunate as the courier was conducting their own internal investigation. I am happy we have managed to resolve this and that you have now placed your second order with us which has now been dispatched.

Thank you for your feedback. This is unfortunate and seems to be an issue with our courier service (FedEx) as you are aware. We have reviewed your order, and everything was processed as expected and the goods shipped as planned however, they were not delivered as anticipated and we can only apologise for this. We are working closely with FedEx to determine what happened and why the parcel was re-delivered after we sent replacements.
