Feel free to email us. 2 - Regarding changing the incorrect address used when you last placed your order. As mentioned, we wanted to ensure the least amount of inconvenience for your delivery process. As your order was placed on a Friday we know from experience that any address changes with our courier can result in a delivery delay of a day. To ensure this didn't happen, further to our attempts to change address we asked if you could also request the address change through the DPD app or tracking link. We're sorry you took that as a representation of poor customer service. We were attempting to make absolutely certain your dog wasn't left foodless.
