Hi, thanks for leaving your review. This is something we're actively working on. We currently offer compostable packaging on a large selection of our products, and we're redesigning all the other packaging to use less plastics.

My dog loves it, licks the bowl clean. He looks well on it and his coat is in excellent condition. The service is quick and the delivery company give a 2 hrs slot which is ideal for us.

Despite being a regular customer something went wrong with order which I had to chase up twice - disappointing as no apology or guidance as to when I would receive / not the usual standard !

Hi Elaine, thanks for your feedback. DPD lost your original order along their transit route somewhere, and we understand how frustrating that can be. That's why we had a replacement order packed up on the same day you notified us of the issue. On the rare occasion events like this happen, DPD conduct a trace for the lost item. This can take up to 5 working days. That's why we had a new order dispatched as opposed to waiting for them to relocate your order. We're sorry your feel let down by our service and assure you we'll do everything in our power to ensure smooth deliveries in the future.
