You kindly returned a sample to us and as you know we have sent it to our laboratory for analysis to check it conforms to our manufacturing tolerances; we await the results, which we shall share with you when we receive them. No other problems have been reported with this batch of kibble. In the meantime, we have dispatched replacement food for you. We do apologise for your inconvenience.
