I am sorry that the lawnmower been damaged in transit as you can see by the packaging we do everything we can to prevent damage in transit, unfortunately once the package leaves our dealership we are in the hands of the courier companies and their employees.
As agreed the replacement parts have been ordered and will be dispatched out to you ASAP.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
