Putting my PI insurance in place was straightforward and the people I dealt with by email were very helpful. Have only just put insurance in place but excellent so far.

We've looked into this and you’re right, our website is not as clear as it could be in this area – I’m sorry about the confusion it caused you.

I’m really sorry about the difficulties you've had - there was a breakdown in communications from our end that should not have occurred.
