To glue the shiny side of leather to the shiny side you need a solvent glue, our glue is a safe to use water based glue and not suitable to glue shiny grain sides together, you need an ultra strong solvent glue for that, With this type of glue it bondes the suede side to the suede side or fabric to the suede side to repair tears.
