Hello This is very unfair review as you know we have said we will refund you and have been in constant contact with you, we have emails to prove this. we have offered you a solution of a refund as you refused to collect from customs as what your saying here is different to what you said in an email, we can't refund you until the goods are returned, once the goods are returned as you refused to collect from customs we will refund you for sure. We did suggest you got to customs and complete the import document but you refused stating you didn't know what the document was. Once again once we get the package back we will refund you.
