Beautiful property with cost cabins and really attentive helpful staff. We had a brilliant stay, great variety at breakfast and delicious nabe dinner as well.

Well organised rental apartment with transfers from and to Kutchan Station included – which is very hand when arrival & departure is during a snowfall. Kiseki is an excellent 2 level town house style

丁寧に使用する施設の説明をしていただき、とても感じが良かった。分からないことや周辺施設についてのレスポンスも早く助かった。チェックアウトもカードキーを置いて帰るだけなのでその点も手間がかからず良かった。

部屋も清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 日本人向けに、もう少し置いている食器やボールなど小さいものがあれば、もっと料理もしやすくなりいいと思います。 箸が奇数だったので、確認した方が良いと思います。できれば、宿泊者分の歯ブラシを提供していだだけると嬉しいです。 また、機会があれば利用したいです。
