Very accomodating and pleasant. Always there to help. I had to urgently get to a group ski lesson one day and they were able to arrange for a driver to pick me up with only 15 minutes warning.

早餐没有太多選擇, 只有西式及中式, Google 上的電話號碼是錯的, 讓我們找錯地址, 最後在agoda顯示的地址才找到正確位置. 員工服務很好, 我們很晚才到,他們留了匙給我們, 還幫我們開好暖氣,好貼心 !

The layout of this apartment is somehow not v convenient. The entrance area to the apt is very narrow. The kitchen sink is in the middle of the corridor and the kitchen area has no sink next to it.

朝食がとても美味しかったです。 ロッジタイプの宿なので、ホコリに弱い人にはお勧め出来ません。部屋に入った途端、ちょっと体が痒くなりました。エンターテイメント的なものは、テニスコート以外ないですが、リラックスするにはいい場所です。あと、Wifiありましたが、私の部屋は激弱で、使い物にならなかったです。

とてもキレイで広々としていて、設備も充実していました。ニセコのコンドミニアム型のホテルに何度か滞在していますが、エアコンの無いコンドミニアムも多い中、エアコンがあるというのはやはり快適です。 バストイレが2つずつあり、朝の渋滞も無く過ごせましたが、シャワールームの洗面に準備が出来るような鏡がついていなくて、鏡が少ないように思います。 キッチンの設備では魚焼きグリルが大活躍で、その他のキッチン設備も
