Very easy to order. Very helpful.

Same day delivery, though probably just lucky that I live close to where they are based, but also very friendly service, and my picky dog loves their kibble.

It is a very easy site to use to order from, the only let down is DHL who do not inform you when they are going to deliver your order unlike other couriers.
