I have now spoken with your local nutritional advisor to help resolve this issue and am happy to hear replacements have now been delivered, along with a free bag of food by way of recompense. I have not received the starter pack! Should have been delivered on Monday 18th October didn't arrive. Rearranged delivery for Thursday, 21st October still has not arrived. I have requested a refund!
