Thank you for your review.  We are sorry to hear that the kitchen crockery did not live up to expectations.  The property owner is sorry that you didn;t report this as she would have replaced this during your stay if she had known you were unhappy with it.  

The villa does not have a dishwasher and is not advertised as having one, but we have passed your suggestion to the owner.

We hope you will book with us again in the future.

We are very sorry about the disruption to your stay caused by the construction work.  We did email you about this as soon as we were aware, but unfortunately this was the day before your departure.  We did not get a response from you following this.  The property manager only made us aware of the scale of the issue on that date, so we did all we could in the time that we had.  The garbage is an issue and I know that the owner and property manager are putting pressure on the resort management to resolve this issue, which has been caused as the garbage trucks cannot get access to the home currently.  We understand this is unacceptable and we have also contacted the resort management about this.  Unfortunately, this is not a situation that we can control.  We hope that despite this you managed to enjoy your stay and we apologise, once again, for the disruption caused.

We are sprry to hear that you experienced a few issues with the dishwasher and the lighting in the villa.  The property manager would have resolved these problems for you wihtout hesitation if they had been informed duting your stay.  We hope that, despite this, you still managed to enjoy your holiday.
