I can read the itinerary, transportation, hotels information I order to select a trip that fits for me.

I think Road Scholar's service is always excellent. The help I'm looking for is always given.

Initial itinerary needed proofreading. Tour payment page could use obvious direct link to tour insurance page, return air reservations options and hotel long term parking info.

Very easy to navigate.

I found it difficult to go back to a previous page at certain points during the registration. Going back to a previous page shold be seamless. Otherwise the experience was fairly straight-forward.

I applied to go to the Civil Rights trip and it was easy! however, now they are sending me unrelated emails everyday so I am not happy about that... I only want things related to my upcoming trip in

Website was easy to use. Have done other trips with Road Scholar and have enjoyed them.
