Hi David. Thank you for your order. I very much hope that it has arrived with you now. I can see the parcel was delivered on Saturday (30th).Your order was received on 12th Sept. Our website indicates it takes us 14 days to manufacture our personalised hairbrushes at our factory and then 3-5 days delivery so we are happy that the parcel arrived with you in time.
