Hello. I have double checked on your delivery and I can see confirmation that the order arrived with you on the 20th of July. All of our Personalised and Design Your Own orders are individually created in our factory and take up to 14 days to manufacture and then a few delivery days with the courier. I do hope that all is safely received and that the hairbrushes are a great success. I will also drop you an email to confirm this message. I would be so grateful for an update on this review.
