I am so sorry to hear that your order has not been delivered. It left our warehouse on the 15th January but when I checked just now it seems to be still in the Evri system. I have asked our warehouse to look into this for you. I have replied with more details to you by email to explain the next steps. We really apologise for this, we desperately want you to receive your hairbrushes!

Hi Pauline, Thank you so much for ordering with Rock & Ruddle. We have checked your order and as one of the hairbrushes is a personalised brush this means that your order will take a little longer. All of our personalised brushes are individually made at our factory before being sent to the warehouse. As you will see from the website it can take up to 14 days to manufacture prior to being shipped. Our factory was also closed for a few days over the festive break. Your order was completed on the 15th of January and was dispatched with Evri. We will send your tracking details by email. Best wishes, Alexandra

Hello. Your order was received just after our deadline for Christmas. Our factory was then closed for the festive break and reopened on the 2nd of January. We sent you an email with this information in case you wished to cancel your order. Our personalised orders take up to 14 days to manufacture individually and then a few days for delivery. Dear Richard, I was so sorry to learn that your delivery was not made correctly from an email before Christmas. I immediately wrote to our warehouse on the 21st December after you had been in touch. I totally agree that the delivery confirmation image sent by Evri was unacceptable. I am also sorry to say that we have had no word from Evri since I was in touch with our warehouse regarding this unacceptable situation. Our warehouse contacted Evri on the 22nd of December but had no response. I will now escalate my complaint about Evri via our warehouse tomorrow. We do offer both DPD and Evri as choices for shipping on our website. Most of the time both couriers deliver our parcels with no problems however on occasion we do have parcels disappear which unfortunately is beyond our control and upsetting for both our customers and ourselves too. I have just sent you an email offering either to dispatch your order again via DPD first thing tomorrow or to refund you. I am sorry this has taken time to sort out. Normally we get a response from Evri quite fast and in this case as this did not happen and the Christmas break occurred this has as yet not been sorted out. Our sincere apologies for these issues.
