They promised a delivery time of 2 weeks and I purchased based on that . 3 weeks in and still no goods.

Thank you again for your order. All of our personalised brushes are individually made at our factory before being sent to the warehouse. We normally allow up to 14 days to manufacture prior to being shipped. Shipping with Evri takes 3/5 working days. I understand that your order was delivered on the 22nd of November.
