Pleased that you were happy with the service. As per our correspondence by e-mail I am pleased that the rug fastenings were not faulty but just not what you wanted.

The rug fastenings are poor quality. We wanted a detachable next but the Velcro closings are poor. As we explained via email we are in an extremely windy open area and these closings are very unlikely to hold and in our opinion poor
As a result of the owners email asking to change my review not once but twice we purchased elsewhere.
I’m will not be pushed in to changing my opinion.

Thank you for the update. I am sorry if that was how my message was interpreted it certainly wasn't my intention and I would certainly not push anyone to changing their opinion. I think this was a misunderstanding as you had said you wanted a fixed neck/combo due to where you live. We haven't had bad feedback about our Velcro fastenings before but take on board your comments. Please advise if we can assist further and as mentioned on e-mail we will process the refund on return of the items.

Thank you for our e-mail communication and am pleased there was no fault with the neck fastenings but that you wanted a combo/fixed neck rather than a rug with detachable neck.

Further to our correspondence via e-mail I am pleased that there wasn't a fault with the fastenings but that you had decided that due to the exposed area you live in you wanted a combo/fixed neck rug rather than this which was a standard rug with a detachable neck.
