Love this rug. Bottom is mesh and top is fleece. I'm not a fan of fleeces as the bedding sticks to them, this has mesh sides and a small amount of fleece at the top. Fits my big lad perfectly. An

As a company Ruggles are unable to delete or change reviews - only Feefo can do that. Feefo moderate when they feel it appropriate and we have no control. They removed the 1* review you gave for the product as they deemed this unfair as you hadn't received the item - so they felt it didn't reflect the product. From our service point of view we can only apologise that the parcel was lost but we still have you on our list so that if a 5'6 comes back as a return/exchange we can contact you to see if you would like. Feefo left the original service review you left as you will know.
Please advise if we can assist further.
