Thank you for the review. We aim to achieve 4 and 5* reviews for our service so whenever we achieve less we try to get feedback as to how we could do better in future. I have checked and it seems the item was sent within the timescale and can't see there was an issue with the delivery but if this was not the case then we would be grateful if you could privately e-mail us so we can see how we can make improvements to our service in future.
With regard to the product the description doesn't say it is fully lined - just at the chest.
I have checked and can't see that you contacted us about the other issues or if you could send the item back - but again please e-mail us if this is not the case. We would not have refused the item back for a missing tag provided it was clean and fit for resale.

Thank you for the review. The description doesn't say that it is fully lined - just at the chest. We have not had negative feedback about the position of the fillet string but will certainly take on board this feedback for future if it needs addressing. With regard to the length of the fillet string I am not sure why the one you had was too short (could have been an error at the factory) but if you need a longer one then please do privately e-mail us and we can arrange to send one out. Again we don't prevent customers sending back for a missing tag provided it is clean and fit for resale and can't see anywhere that you have contacted us to enquire on this. Again, you can privately e-mail us if you have any queries.

Great service.
Fits donkeys well. Would have preferred brighter colours eg turquoise or reds.
Not waterproof but perfect for stabkewear on chilly nights.

Thank you for the positive review Tessa and pleased fits the donkeys. With regards to the colours we try and change them every now and then. The cotton sheets definitely not designed to be waterproof but yes they are good for helping to keep clean and give a bit of protection.
