The rugs are about £20 cheaper than the Epic range, it shows! The cut, quality & fit aren't as good.

Thank you for the review. We aim for 4 and 5* reviews for our service and so with a 3 or less we would always ask what we could have done better to improve. It is by receiving that sort of feedback that we can strive to do better.
With regard to the product, I don't think you have purchased from us before and so it could be a sizing issue as the brands do all vary a bit. If you wished any assistance in this regard then please do e-mail us privately and we would be more than happy to help.

I think you haven't purchased from us before and so it could be that regarding the fit it is a sizing issue and if you wish to e-mail us we would be more than happy to assist. If you are not happy with the quality and the price then please do send it back (provided of course it is unused and fit for sale) as we are more than happy to refund you as we would prefer customers to be happy with their purchases.
