Point of sale was easy. Meeting rep at airport and getting into taxi OK. The rep ( Samantha ) asked to meet on 2nd day at 0930, I went to lobby but could not find her.

The hotel room was so dark we could not even read in the room without sitting under a lamp , the hot water was intermittent to say the least and there was only us staying there , bathroom wasn't tiled

The staff at Goa Experience and the Taj Fort Aguada looked after us extremely well.

The staff at the hotel, from the cleaning team to the catering staff went above and beyond for us. Our only downside was reception on checking in and out only were poor.
