I can confirm the information we give on our website regarding visas is accurate. However, following feedback from our representative at Birmingham Airport on the Thursday before you travelled, we took the decision to call our customers travelling at the same time as you. This was to advise that check in staff were asking passengers for additional documentation and to ensure our customers were aware.
From the comments made by our representatives at other airports that weekend, we made the right decision as those customers who had booked with other tour operators had not been given prior warning and this caused delays in them checking in.
The additional documentation required is now also shown on our website as this was updated immediately.
