I am very sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the level of service that you experienced.
Unfortunately our phone lines are incredibly busy most of the time, however we do attempt to answer all calls as quickly as possible. With regards to the missing delivery option, I can confirm that I have passed this feedback on to our e-commerce team for investigation, so again apologies that the Clic didn't arrive in time for your holiday I hope this didn't cause you too many issues.
On your final point, we made the decision several years ago to no longer take orders over the phone due to us requiring 3D secure to be in place.
