Problem with delivery service. SV handled it very well and resent non damaged Vacuum Bags by the next day.

Product arrived on time and well packed. It took ages to work out how to use the vacuum sealer as the instructions were pretty useless ! Otherwise I've not had any reason to contact customer services

The sous vide is great except there doesn't seem to be a quick way to set the temperature ( you have to hold down the button until you get to the temperature you want and this feels like it takes ages
