Hi, I am so sorry that a photograph of your cushion was used on one of our other platforms, please be assured that this has now been removed. Regarding the communication, our records show that all of your emails we replied to, however, I can see that there was a misunderstanding regarding the cushion complaint for which I can only apologise.

Our own Alph & Betty collection of bags, cushions, aprons and baby gifts are lovingly designed and made at our Burton-on-Trent studio and are all created to allow for the addition of embroidered or printed personalization.
