Made a very nice job of the laminate flooring and the tiling in the kitchen but the bathroom wasn't quite so good that's why they got 4 stars

This wasn't the first choice contractor but the first went bust before they managed to make a start as I said before the tiling on the wall in the bathroom wasn't quite up to scratch
