Good Morning, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, it's incredibly valuable in helping us improve our service. After reviewing the claim, I can confirm that TBRN were appointed on the claim on 25th April, and the repairs were completed on the 3rd June.
While we acknowledge the repair seemed straightforward, there are specific insurance processes we must adhere to before engaging the contractor for repairs.
