Do not accept a booking that does not have a delivery address on it

The site is user friendly and I made my purchase in under 5 minutes.

Very quick and easy. Only thing I don't like is the £4 Service charge!!!!!!

Site worked fine. It was just a bit annoying that A) it let me select seats but then I had to select them all over again after I had registered. B) I have to go to the agency office in Leicester Squar

Good and efficient service. But I can't beleive that you don't offer the title options of Ms!!! Please fix this. I nearly switched to another site as protest but thought direct feedback was best.
