Had a bit of trouble at the end of my online transaction, but phoned up and he was very helpful. Did it in the end and the tickets arrived in a couple of days. Had no trouble at the theatre.

The company was very helpful when I had booked the wrong ticket and refunded me completely to enable me to buy for the correct date.

Website does not work well, I put credit card details in 3 times, each time it took me back to homepage with no explanation. I rang phone number and the person who answered could not give me a reason,
