Service good however it's so expensive and much higher than the list price - makes taking oneself and a child very expensive +£40 just too much of an additional charge

Having booked the wrong performance..matinee instead of evening the problem was resolved within the hour and I received a call to let me know and put my mind at rest. Super service!

Well I tried booking on line earlier and had trouble and when I did book made an error which may well have been my fault! So grateful that staff quickly resolved this!
