Excellent customer service and staff are very helpful. I was particularly impressed by the delivery company as they gave an hour time slot which meant I didn't have to stay in all day.

Quality product and well packaged. The price was also very reasonable compared to the high street; the frame was £20 less compared to several well known retail stores.

Lovely design, much smaller than I had visulaised. My fault as I am sure sizes were available on the website. Also offered the base unit which other websites didn't.
