Delivered the tickets and took the money on time, so it was efficient. However, the Google maps supplied left a lot to be desired -- was our Zurich hotel really 800 m from the station?

Although you did not feel that the hotels in Frankfurt and Zurich matched your expectations, I do appreciate your compliments over the hotel in Vienna. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We are keen to resolve any issues that may arise whilst a customer is still on holiday. So, it is a shame we did not have the opportunity to put right your concerns while you were away.
