Thanks for the constructive feedback which we will obviously take on board. However, with the viewing list of properties we are completely at the mercy of an extremely fast-moving market, and whilst we do our best to set up a pre-arranged viewing list, we must always be ready to move with the market - if something sells or is taken off market/rented, etc., if we were to call every client wishing to view the removed/sold property we would spend the entire time trying to explain what has sold, etc, rather than researching for equivalent or better replacement properties, which I believe we do 100% of the time. I believe Leeann has been in constant contact with you post-completion regarding the assistance you require, but let me double-check this. Many thanks!

Thanks for the response James. Completely understand on the lists and the challenges you must have. Comment made as we don't really understand how the market and agencies work here as it's different to the UK. And the after sales from Leeann and James has been excellent. It was just we thought that after the relationship we built with Alina during the viewing process and the life changing events we were going through we thought there might be a bit more hands on. Just a call or a even a visit to see us. I suspect she is very busy though. But we would like to thank all the Affinity team for everything and would recommend them to anyone looking to do what we have done. Thanks again. Ian and Kim
