Product fine and shipped on time. However the courier took an extra day to deliver in spite of my paying extra for next day delivery. Hence why score marked down.

Really sorry to hear you had a negative experience on our site, I have looked at the tracking history and not sure why your parcel was delayed by one day! we have a really good success rate on the next day delivery but unfortunately some do get delayed. Hope this does not dissuade you from using us in the future.

Hi John sorry you had a negative experience, we do endevour to send out our parcels on next day delivery and this was picked up from ourselves on the 20th Sept. Looking into the tracking history was attempted to be delivered by DX on the 21st but they had insufficent address details provided which caused the delay. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
