We are sorry you were dissatisfied with the invoicing of the order. It is normal for the basket to clear upon payment - the products have moved from checkout to being ordered, and the basket is cleared to ensure customers are aware their order has gone through to avoid confusion and them thinking they need to order again if the products remain in the basket.
We always advise our customers to get in touch with our team if anything seems amiss, and we would have been happy to email or send out another invoice should this have been missing from your order. We have now sent you the invoice for this order.
In regards to the free gifts and the order value thresholds, your order was marginally under the threshold to receive both the tape and the ruler. However, as a good will gesture we have now sent the additional ruler by way of apology for the confusion.
