We appreciate your constructive feedback. Regarding the swimming pool, your comments are noted but unfortunately it is not possible to open the pool earlier. For health and safety reasons we need our staff to carry out essential chemical checks before they open the pool. We are sorry you did not find the kitchen equipment sufficiently stocked. If you had made our on-site staff aware they would have been able to assist had you needed anything. Your comments about the lounge are noted. Each cottage is privately owned so it is up to the individual owners how they present the cottage. We ensure everything is up to 4-star standards.
