Would still be nice to know why no message sent re delay, Have suffered many delays in the past with Condor but actually believed that e-mail sent prior to sailing was an excellent improvement with sailing time delays, but turned out to be the same service.

This is very interesting- so I tell you how poor your device was and you repose is that it is my responsibility to cause this up ! How about you tell the relevant people to contact me! 07568442198 I had paid to upgrade to your highest class and even that was a disaster - I had been booked in on the disabled seats and was told in a very rude manner that I should not have been allocated this seat ! The member of staff continued to humiliate me infornt of all the other passengers as to the imappropriateness of my seat allocation! Not my error - yours ! I’m happy to forward my experience to the jersey Evening Post - they love a bad news story. Or you might want to think of ways in which you could compensate me for your failings.
